The hotel was very convenient to meet our clients as they were close by and the best part is the Airport and the Railway station was only 10 minutes away
The water was salty in the washroom and the water kettle was broken. Rest all ok

Breakfast is great. Service and responses are quick and good. Friendly staff.
there was a slightly continious foul smell from the washroom. The bed sheets wrapping the Duvet are strange, they do their own thing.

Location and the old staff that we are used to
New staff very courteous but lack training
Room air conditioning was a major set back as the cooling was getting switched off every night by 2.00 am possibly a power saving initiative. We have been staying here regularly for over 10 years and never faced such issues
