Ambience, Location and staff were really nice…
Exhaust fans should be necessary

What I most loved about the day, was the care provided by the Hotel people to the guests. Plus to add the fact that the rooms are quite specious and indeed special.
The views, the garden, the quiet neighbourhood, beautiful combination indeed. Also, since the property does have limited rooms, thankfully, it is quiet and kept in a very good condition couldn’t have chosen a better stay.
Possibly, the food can be a little better, rest, everything is absolutely fantastic, especially the garden and the lawn in the morning, so quiet, so calm, so peaceful and clean.

The hotel is delightful. Very well maintained, large rooms and professional staff. The food is also excellent and the grounds are very peaceful.

The location was good. The property was indeed quaint and rather old. But things like the bathroom were all functional, so no issues there. The staff was polite and ever ready to help. And whatever food that they could actually cook and serve was quite delicious.
The total inconsistency in the service quality was the only issue. Clearly due to very low occupancy the kitchen was barely functional, so many items on the menu (mostly tandoor items) were not available. This was not frankly communicated to us - we learnt the hard way of ordering and getting "not available" responses. ALso the staff got the food orders wrong either the items or in terms of quantities.
The level of cleaning up done in the room was mostly superficial. By accident we looked under the bed and we found layers of dust and even an empty water bottle lying there. Hardly gave us any confidence in terms of the quality of cleaning.
The place has good potential, but hands on operational oversight is needed to ensure that quality of service is mainatained.
