They didn't have a spare room available, so they upgraded us to an even better hotel. Excellent service and fantastic hospitality. All praise to the team! 10/10

The receptionist was very kind and helpful when we arrived late in the evening – really 10/10 for the staff. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was included, free parking in front of the hotel, and the location in the city center is very convenient.
Cleanliness was very poor. The carpet was dirty, there was dust everywhere including in the bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and we even found a used towel behind an armchair. Definitely more attention should be given to cleaning.
