The staff was really helpful. Enes, Ramazan and Melih all assisted in every request we had. Very helpful.
Location is also near all necessities and in the centre if sultanahmet. Train station is a 2 min walk.
Important for us was that hotel had a lift because we had elderly people in our group and the road is not too steep.
The breakfast was also good. Everything you need for a good breakfast was provided.
We organised an evening bosphorus tour with the hotel. This was a good experience and good value for our money.
- WiFi was not great in one of our rooms.
- Shuttle service organised by hotel was not a good experience. We were picked up in a old van which smelled of cigarettes and were held at the airport for 30-40min because of permit issues of the shuttle service. Communication was not possible because driver did not speak any English.
- Tour to Princes Island was organizes by hotel but unfortunately everything was in arabic. Only one time we were informed in english about departure times. Also loud music was played throughout which made it impossible to talk. Not the hotels fault but to look out when you book.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean, the shower in the room was good. Great location.
The room was much smaller than expected, storage for clothes was very limited. Breakfast was not good at all. Often no bowls, no cutlery, we saw videos before we went of chopped fresh fruit, this was not present during our 5 day stay there. Cereal was very limited. No bread apart from large chunks, no toaster.
