Excellent and bread was very nice
I did actually miss a microwave for quick warm up of small snacks. Even a communal one would be nice.

Room was very spacious and staff very friendly and flexible. We arrived early due to our early flight and could enter the property already because it was raining and there was not much to do in the neighbourhood at the time with that weather. The fact that there is a restaurant within a walking distance is also a nice extra.

Nobody's fault but we would have been able to enjoy our stay more had we been able to sit on the deck.

The location is great if you are visiting Addo National Park, it's very close to the South Gate. We appreciated the terrace with the river view where we had nice breakfast every day.
The location is good for Addo, but not for other things - not much in the area, there are 2 restaurants but they are not good. We had issuse with hot water and we didn't appreciate that there is no stuff in the afternoon in the lodge, as we had to wait till the morning to report this and in the end it was 24h for us with cold water. The lodge is a bit old and you can feel it, it could use a big refresh, because it has potential with river view.
