The staff were amazing, particularly Amir. He was incredibly professional and personable. All of the staff were helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
Nothing at all.

Location was Okay regular tram to old town about 100 meters away. the greetings team were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay.
Receptions team were a bit hit and miss with both service and assistance. Guest services must understaffed or have a broken phone as it was never answered. Housekeeping not very good had to follow up to get anything done, empty bins, refill shampoo etc., a big let down. it should also be made clear on the booking site, this is an alcohol-free site. Won't be rushing to book here again.
