Comfortable,spacious,clean bedroom and bathroom . Excellent location, very close to the train station, restaurants ,Duomo and the other famous locations. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful.
Construction is on-going so it’s blocked the balcony view but it didn’t bother us that much.

This property is hard to describe. We thought it was a hotel when we first booked, then it changed its name twice before we got there, and found out it just rents rooms inside a building in a busy part of Florence. No lobby or staff. You need three keys to get into your room from outside. Communication with manager is strictly by text or phone who guides you through all the complexities. Parking is at a garage 10 minutes away. No way to unload luggage at the building. Design and artwork are ridiculous. Way overpriced!
