Hotel Panorama

Camera spaziosa con balcone, parzialmente rinnovata. Zona silenziosa.

The hotel has some of the most stunning views. The room came with a balcony from which you were able to appreciate the views. The staff were friendly.

The shower cubicle was quite small. During her shower, my wife called out to say that the water was not draining. I pulled out the drainage outlet to find that it was full of hair. I cleaned it out and took it to reception to make them aware that their cleaning regime had not, on this occasion, met usual expectations. They apologised and I returned to my room. The next morning when we went to check out we were offered the bill to find that no allowance had been made for the lack of cleaning (cigarette butts were also found out on the balcony that had not been cleared). I asked if it was possible for a discount at which point the manager/ Owner went a little crazy, cancelled the card machine and told me to go. We had a nice stay and were quite happy to pay the majority of our bill.
