Continental breakfast met our needs. The location was ok but fire station and ambulance was a bit noisy on the evening.
Prefer ground floor as the steps were a bit worn.

Location was good. The female staff member was very lovely and helpful.
The room heating didn't really work. The bathroom tap was falling about. The male staff member was quite rude and didn't like when I wanted help at 7:30pm when reception should have available until 8pm.
