The position of the hotel in the piazza, very close to the basilica
I didn’t know that there would have been no staff on site during the night.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Great location right next to the church, staff friendly and helpful
This building most likely used to be a convent, the walls are thin and the plumbing is old. You will be able to hear everything from your neighbouring rooms including when they use the bathroom.
The rooms are simple, no fridge which is no problem for a short stay.
However the plastic shelf below the bathroom mirror had a layer/film of soap scum that looked like it had not been cleaned in months.
Doona was dusty and smelt dusty, I think it really needs a wash.
