"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favor..."

The customer service was excellent—staff were consistently polite, friendly, and willing to help. The resort was also very clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable. The drinks were good and actually better than I’ve had at many other all-inclusive resorts. Overall, the staff themselves were one of the strongest aspects of the experience. Whenever we interacted with someone directly, they were courteous and helpful.
The food was fairly average and what I would consider typical all-inclusive quality: plenty of options, but generally bland and somewhat repetitive. My biggest disappointment, however, was the resort’s over-reliance on automation and what felt like a very impersonal, “mass processing” approach to guests. We were checked in essentially in bulk, and despite specifically mentioning that this was our first visit, we received no orientation. Nobody explained the resort’s amenities, restaurant options, activities, schedules, locations, reservation requirements, or even where to find things. For a first-time guest, some basic guidance at check-in would have made a significant difference. Whenever we asked for information, the staff were very courteous, but the response was always to direct us to the website. The same happened when we wanted to make restaurant reservations: we were sent online to complete a form and then had to wait several hours—or potentially until the following day—for confirmation. Unfortunately, this resulted in one of the most disappointing moments of our stay. We dressed up for what we expected would be a nice dinner, only to eventually learn that our reservation had been rejected. By then, our only option was the buffet with essentially the same bland food we had already been eating. I was ultimately able to secure one restaurant reservation only after going to the front desk to complain, at which point a manager made the reservation manually for us. When I shared my concern about the excessive automation and lack of proactive human guidance, I was told that the front desk is always available. While that is certainly true, I believe that misses the point. Guests should not have to stand in line at the front desk to obtain basic information that could—and should—be provided proactively upon arrival, particularly when they have already said it is their first visit. Technology should make a guest’s experience easier, not replace hospitality.

Lots of pool space. Interesting, well kept grounds. Decent food throughout. Cool pier for sunset photos. Plenty of chairs.
The rooms are showing their age. Need a better fresh water system (bring your own water bottle)

bell men were great. that’s it.
let’s just say I speak fluent Spanish and when I requested something in English , some waiter always had something to say under there breath to say.
