Location and value for money
The mattress was not good. Too old . The cushioning was not good.!

The room upgrade to a suite was a nice gesture.
The overall stay was okay, and the room offered the potential for a comfortable experience.
I requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room with a persistent smell of old cigarette smoke.
The room and furniture were dated and showed signs of wear, including scratches, holes in the chairs, and stains.
The bathroom mirror looked worn, with visible ageing and old stains.
The hot tub had cracks and leaked water onto the bathroom floor, leaving it wet and potentially slippery.
Overall, the room’s condition and maintenance did not meet my expectations
