The bed was super comfy and location was centric but still a little tucked away from all the craziness. They had a nice surprise for us with cookies and a Prosecco for our anniversary that made us feel special ❤️

Nice location about halfway between the Quartieri Spagnoli and the Centro Storico, so easy walks to both (and near a metro stop for access to the main train station). The space is pretty quirky and medieval-esque with its suit of armour in the main area. It was interesting that the reception was via a Zoom screen, but that didn't cause any issues and staff were still easy to access. The breakfast was great! Nice spread of varied baked goods/pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices, deli meat & cheese, and they were making scrambled eggs and bacon to order or pre-made.
When they cleaned the room it was with a really strong lemon product (maybe floor wash?) that bothered both of our sinuses for a while

I liked the quietness of the place. Only 8 rooms. The breakfast was very good. Very close to center of historic Naples
There was nothing to dislike but I have my own preferences. The sign for the B&B could be bigger or more prominent. It was not clear that it was down an alley. There was a good flight of steps to get into the place and may be difficult for some. I found the beds to be hard but some may like that.

Excellent location. Cute little hotel. Ladies serving breakfast were lovely.
The virtual staffing! We had problems gaining access and had no phone connection to call for help. We eventually got in when a pizza delivery guy delivered to the same place. When I got on wifi and let the hotel know I simply got a terse message that I had contacted the wrong WhatsApp number for reporting such things. The hotel front door did not lock effectively so we often came out and found it wide open. Being the only people in the building with a front door that kept being left open was a weird feeling. And the receptionist on the tv screen during the day was just weird and Big Brother-like. Our only interaction was when she suddenly demanded to know who we are when we had already been there a couple of days. The few humans we met were lovely - please employ them to staff your hotel! The virtual staffing was jus cold and weird.
