Exceptional staff who made the entire experience incredible and special! The room amenities were perfect for an overnight stay. The Belmond team is amazing and made it possible for us to visit Machu Picchu on two different days. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel’s facilities are outstanding.

Everything exceed my expectations! The staff, the comfort, the attentiveness to details and to all the requests, the food, the view - truly an exceptional stay!

The hotel is an amazing location but the thing that sets it truly apart is the staff. They are amazing, always wanting to help and do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.
