The Reef is one of the quieter hotels at Atlantis which makes it perfect for us. The studio ocean view suite is gorgeous and very well laid out. All of the staff without exception are friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to stay at The Reef.
We would have liked to have been able to use the cascades pool but this visit we were told it was reserved for guests of The Cove only. Taking the proximity of the Cove to The Reef and the fact that it's off-season, being allowed to use this pool would have been nice.

Everything was beautiful! The room, aquarium, restaurants and everything in between!

The condo was amazing! Great view and a full kitchen was amazing!!
The power went out, the slides were not working, signage was bad, staff was not helpful

That property is beautiful, grounds well kept. The way marine life is incorporated into everything is exceptional. Kids had a blast
Rooms at the Reefs are big and comfortable but are a little tired.
Booking reservation said the room had ocean views. It didn’t. They didn’t honor this but offered and upgrade to harbor view. The harbor view was beautiful so I didn’t mind. The stove was broken from day 1 and they took a whole day to fix the situation. Jenni the second manager was very innericient. The next Dwight was very helpful and nice and finally solved the issue. Staff some vas extremely nice and other extremely rude.
