Overall, we had a good stay, and the hotel's biggest strengths are its spacious accommodations, convenient location, and excellent food.
We stayed in a three-bedroom unit with six large beds, which provided plenty of room for our family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plates, utensils, and other essentials that made the stay comfortable and convenient. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. We particularly enjoyed the buffet, and the food quality was consistently very good throughout our stay.
The location is also a major advantage. It is situated close to downtown, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. We stayed on the 23rd floor, and while the view was pleasant, it was not especially memorable or a standout feature of the property.
That said, I expected more given both the price and the Hilton brand. The most noticeable issue is that the property feels dated and in need of renovation. The sofas, beds, cabinets, washer and dryer, and many other furnishings and appliances showed significant signs of wear and tear. Nothing was unusable, but much of the unit felt tired and overdue for an upgrade. At this price point, guests reasonably expect a more modern and polished experience.
Another area that could be improved is room service responsiveness. The staff were always friendly, courteous, and willing to help, but requests took an unusually long time to fulfill. On one occasion, a simple request for tea took nearly an hour to arrive. This happened more than once with other requests, suggesting the team may be understaffed or facing operational challenges.
On a positive note, the unit was clean and met the expected Hilton standard for housekeeping. My criticisms are primarily related to the condition of the furnishings and the slow service rather than cleanliness.
In summary, this is a comfortable and well-located property with spacious accommodations and excellent dining options. However, the aging interiors and slow room service make it difficult to fully justify the premium price. A comprehensive renovation would significantly improve the overall guest experience and better align the property with the expectations associated with the Hilton name.

Our room was fabulous. We stayed here twice on our trip. A family of 5 and we got to really spread out. The kids loved the pool area. The buffet breakfasts were incredible. All of the staff were so lovely
It would be handy to have a paper copy of the room service menu as we couldn't get the qr code to work

The breakfast was very good quality and large variety of cuisines. Catering staff were very attentive and friendly.
There were not many food options nearby the hotel.
We had a couple of issues with bathroom - but staff were quick to fix.
