A Wonderful Stay in Salzburg! ⭐
I had a fantastic stay at MEININGER Hotel Salzburg City Center. The rooms are spacious, the beds are clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. Both the toilet and shower areas were clean and well maintained.
The location is excellent, with a bus stop just 120 metres away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The guest kitchen is great for those who prefer to cook their own meals, and the in-house laundry facilities are easy to use and very convenient for travellers.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff! A special shout-out to Brisianna and Arunya for being exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. Their warmth and welcoming attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.
My stay here made exploring Salzburg even more pleasant and memorable. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Salzburg. Highly recommended!
One area that needs improvement is noise management and consideration for fellow guests.
During my stay, there were approximately 50 students staying on the same floor who were extremely noisy in the corridors until around 10 PM. The constant noise was very disturbing for other guests. I believe the staff should clearly communicate the hotel's noise etiquette during check-in and actively monitor such situations. Guests who wish to socialise loudly should be encouraged to use the common areas rather than disturb those staying in their rooms.
Additionally, although I was staying in a shared room, another guest was on a personal phone call for over an hour, disturbing others in the room. Sharing a room requires basic consideration for everyone's comfort and privacy. The hotel could help address this by displaying clear notices encouraging guests to take long phone calls in the common areas instead of inside shared dorm rooms.
These are relatively simple measures that could significantly improve the experience for everyone.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the excellent staff and convenient facilities made exploring Salzburg even more pleasant. I would happily stay here again on my next visit. I hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively to make an already good experience even better.

Perfect place to rest and recharge. The location is a bit away from the old town area but it is very convenient for all public transportation and has easy access to food options. Room was spacious with balcony and all necessary amenities included.

They gave us a city public transit voucher.
No coffee/tea in the room. No glasses or water bottles either. You have to go down from your room to ground level to get a cup of tea/coffee which I never did!
