Great location. Staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms were always clean and comfortable. Housekeeping prompt.
This is the second time I have stayed - and the pool and gym were out of action again. The bar is not very inviting.

Great staff. Close to airport. Good facilities.. Reasonable price.
The safe did not work and one of the plug points in room did not work.

The room was comfortable and clean (thanks to Dibankar). The food was tasty and they had a fairly good range. The Staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Could not use the gym as it was under renovation.

I like the location as its walking distance from my place of visit. Plus there are fab Bengali restaurants next door.
That they don't me after regular stays. The shower stall drainage is bad. Water collects.
