The location was perfect! Just a few blocks of streets full of shopping and restaurants. Many landmarks were walkable from Swan House. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to get into the lobby and our unit.
Our unit got changed on the day of our arrival to a different unit. We got the notification, via email, that day, but I hadn't checked my email that day. When we couldn't get into the unit on our original confirmation, I used the chat feature and got a response right away notifying us of the change. I'm not sure of a better way to notify guests of changes but I had a bit of a panic when I couldn't get into the unit that had been confirmed a week prior.

Is was very clean and a excellent location. Everything walkable. Pay Garage only a coulpe of blocks away. Communication was very good. Water view two blocks away.
Beds were a little firm and one small pillow per person was not nearly enough. Had plates, glasses a cooker and chef knives. Unfortunately not one piece of silverware (no forks, knives or spoons). Should be easy fixes for the owner.

It was well located, quiet and provided everything I needed.

The bed was very good, and the location is perfect.
The apartment is under-furnished, with only a small table, two hard plastic chairs and a sofa-cum-bed that I did not need and was impossible to sit in. Nowhere to sit comfortably to read or watch TV.
