The room was very spacious and very clean, the bed was a good king size and extremely comfortable, nice power shower with piping hot water in a matter of seconds. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a pond full of lotus flowers and a golden Buddha statue - a very nice view if you want to relax or meditate. The gardens surrounding the hotel are also very well kept and peaceful. The whole staff was super attentive, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Mr Bhola Yadav at the restaurant for his great service and professionalism. Keep up the good work!
The swimming pool was very nice and big enough to have a good swim in it, but I think it needs a little more maintenance. Also, at the time we were there the sauna and jacuzzi did not work, which was a real shame because it would have been a big plus.

The hotel is tastefully set among the most beautiful gardens. The food is good and the staff could not be more helpful This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I would recommend it to anyone

Good breakfast and tasty food, friendly and accommodating staff, everyone working from front desk to dining room was very nice, but the room was run down and too many things were not working -- the issues were fixed, but you don't want to have to call the front desk three times.
No hot water when we showered at night, AC remote control did not work because batteries were dead, door lock was coming lose so we were locked out. All issues were fixed, but we had to call front desk each time.
