Location and facilities are excellent. Food in both restaurants was good too though the spread of sea food was thin and expensive at the Wharf. The large swimming pool is good.
Service at both restaurants needs improvement. I think there was enough staff but the process is not streamlined. Water bottles are replenished quickly. Cutlery was missing on some occasions. Table allotment needs improvement. Reception was also a minor chaos - it needs more manned desks. The smaller swimming pool had crow feathers and droppings - did not feel very good to swim there..

Beautiful campus with lush green
The rooms were very old and we had faced lot of issues with AC and Hot water. We found lizards and the rooms are not that clean

Delightful setting, with many different areas and entertainment. Kind and thoughtful staff, always happy to help with requests. Good shuttle service within the resort. My mum required disability friendly room, which they were able to accommodate.
Dated and photos did not reflect each chalet, which was misleading when booking. The pool grouting was poor resulting in many cuts of our feet and legs. Extra activities were costly not worth it. Problematic check in for neighboring rooms which was requested ahead of time. Disability status will be helpful on advertising at time of booking. Cleaning under porches and some general maintenance needed eg external painting of chalets

Buggy service. Friendly staff. They tried their best.
Rooms dated. Not very clean. Waste water area in shower not clean. Shower kept flooding rest of the bathroom. I had to unclog for water to drain. Definitely needs more international cuisine. Chaos at breakfast and dinner. Only one bar operational. Can go and on. Bit of a let down for a Radisson
