Hotel was nice. Had a refurbished room which was lovely. Clean and good quality towels and bedding.
Staff in bar restaurant were very good. We were recognised and had fabulous service and a complimentary drink. Food was very good.
We are IHG members, no perks this time. No one mentioned it. Was charged full rate for car parking! A bit disappointed 😞
