The service

I would have like more activities at night

The facilities, service, rooms and amenities were exceptional.

Everything was great.

The rooms was clean and comfortable. The view was nice.

Valet parking is $28. It was obligatory because there was no self parking available due to a convention . The valet parking employee told us we could call from our room to request the car before leaving. This service was not available. We had to go to the valet parking counter to request the car. At checkout we had to go to the valet parking counter to pay for the valet since it is not possible to pay it as part of the checkout. Using the funicular after five pm was a nightmare. There a very long line to get on the funicular (45minutes) since one of the funiculars was unavailable. Once we got on the funicular one of the employee told us that we had to get off since it was not working and that we had to go back to the line and wait for the other one that just started working. No control or organization.

The waterpark in the staff and the island

The food was overpriced not a lot of options if you did not have a car. Some places would take cash. Some would want to charge it to your room or use a credit card. The place was entirely too big. You had to walk and walk and walk to get to certain places parking was horrible if you didn’t go up and tell them that you needed picked up from self parking you would have to walk back to the resort which was very inconvenient
