The Polo Floatel is quite unique. You can enjoy a cuppa on your private balcony or from the restaurant and watch daily life on the river. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good, and always easy to hail a passing taxi. There is plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The restaurant prepares lovely meals and the breakfast buffet is generous and serves many different options. Wifi works well.
I had the room directly underneath the restaurant and bar on the first night and it was quite noisy. I am a light sleeper and it was very disturbing until late. There was NO hesitation by the manager to change my room as soon as I asked, which I appreciated very much!!

Food is very nice, location is very convenient to connect me with my place.
Restaurant chef, manager and the server doing room service, all amazing people.
The staff stationed at the front desk should be more cheerful, welcoming and smiling to guests rather than with tired and unhappy faces.
Construction work should be managed appropriately as the noise disturbs comfort. I couldn’t sleep the first night at all due to construction work going on third floor continuously the whole night and day. Subsequently changed my room to the second floor but the staff treated it as least priority and relocated me the next night only. The request could have been dealt with more concern and priority.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Food in restaurant was very good aswell
It is a lot scruffier than photos depict. Needs a bit of a revamp, thought it was overpriced for what you really got.
Bad sewage smells in corridor, cracked tiles in room and shower not functioning very well.
