Room was very quiet and comfortable. Room service was quick.
Room not serviced by lift - lucky I just had a small bag. Request ground floor if one or more largish suitcases or if physical impairment.

Very handy for Calvary hospital a short walk away. Also close to restaurants & shops
No toaster or plates or cutlery in room. Last time we stayed there was all of the above this time was told we have to pay $10 to hire a toaster which wouldn’t have solved the problem bc we still needed a knife to butter and plates ! I think it depends on the room you get.
I’ll take my own in future

The room and location were good.
The shower was terrible. Either scolding hot or freezing cold but no in between. Also no pressure. Really disappointing. I told management on first night and all they said was ‘thanks for letting us know’. Great.
