Very nice hotel, spacious (suite) room, very comfortable beds. Nice spa facilities, large indoor pool where there was no one when we went to swim )).
No door or divider between the two rooms in our suite.

This is a wonderful spa hotel, newly renovated, very well run, I stayed in a suite, was huge, but as comfortable as any Hilton bed. The spa facilities are charged separately, but well worth the visit. Staff were very helpful, and I could not fault the service, room, spa or my stay.
Being very picky I believe the hotel should buy better shower gel and shampoo, a little thing, but one that is expected in a hotel of this quality, and it is a high end hotel for sure.

Suite was clean, well maintained and fully stocked… spa facilities were clean, and comfortable. Just everything was done to a great standard.
Only a minor thing, but I wish there was easy access to a smoking area from the spa.

Well maintained sauna and spa and spacious rooms, if you are placed in one of the newly-renovated rooms.
We had a horrible experience with the front desk manager Oleksei. First, he deliberately misled us about the availability of rooms so we would pay 4x the amount for a deluxe suite. When I complained, we were placed back into the type of rooms we had originally booked in the first place -- despite his insistence they were sold out. What a hassle. One of my colleague's rooms had broken AC - no joke during a Ukrainian summer! Oleksei said someone had tried to fix it even though no one had. My colleague had to switch rooms again at 11 PM and was placed in a room far smaller and shabbier than the room we had paid for. Finally, two of my colleagues had their phones swiped at the sauna; Oleksei did nothing to help us locate the phones, brushing us off when we asked for help.
