I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and loved everything about it! The room was especially lovely, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I also really enjoyed the pool. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the suite, which was an amazing room. The views were absolutely spectacular. The bed was also very comfortable. They provided complimentary water and some herbal teas. There was a bath tub over looking the views in the room which was beautiful. Big balcony too! The breakfast selection was very great also.
From the moment we tried to check in, the woman at the front desk was rude. Her attitude was not great which left a bad taste in our mouth. Now the parking spot for the hotel was terrible.. it was next to the neighbouring hotels parking (the neighbouring hotels parking was great), but the spot for this hotel was literally on some dirty road type of plot. Was so difficult to get our suitcases through that. Parking spot was very unkept. For a hotel thats meant to be 'fancy' the parking was giving less than budget. Also to get into the hotel itself, the little drive is really easy to miss because it's a sharp turning. If you're driving a manual car, this will be a problem as it was quiet steep too. There's no receptionist past 10pm, so when we went down to buy a drink no one was there. We called the number in reception and the man was extremely rude on the phone.. completely uncalled for when all we were trying to do is purchase something. The pool looks so much better in the photos, its right next to the main roads which they don't show in the photos. We stayed in cheaper hotels with better pools, staff and overall amendments. Do wish we stayed in a different hotel.
