We had a fantastic stay at the Silver Fern Suites and Spa. The room was great, having everything we needed for the night. The spa was amazing, and the beds and sheets were comfortable and clean.
The receptionist - Helen - was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service was exceptional and we are very grateful for the efforts which she made for us. We will definitely be staying again with them next time we visit Rotorua.

On the positive side, the location and the overall accommodation were good, the check-in process was straightforward and easy, and the bed was very cozy.
However, I was extremely disappointed to find the shower in the bathroom completely covered in mold. When I raised this serious health and safety concern with the management, they dismissed it as an 'unsatisfactory cleaning standard' and refused any refund, claiming it met their standard overnight stay criteria.
