Retro hotel vibes
Hotel bar was excellent!
Breakfast buffet was crowded and was hoping for a bit more variety for such a large property

Location and the size of the room. Layout of room was well thought out with the toilet and shower being separate.

Location was fantastic for transportation and walking. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the face and body products in the rooms. I even asked if they sold the brand, but they do not.
The bed was too soft for one of my family members. I was allergic to the feather pillows. No gym.

the location was very close to all the major shopping areas. plenty of places to eat around the outside of the hotel.
I expected so much more from a hotel like this. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the beds were not comfortable. I've stayed in a much cheaper hotel that was better kept and had more comfortable beds. No one help me with my bags and i did not feel i was welcome. This place did not do it for me. they couldn't even provide me with a proper receipt.
