Everything was just what we needed.
A little far from the action but easy enough to get a Grab or take the free tuk tuk into town.

It is a quiet resort with a nice pool, rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I was not told I had to leave the empty glass water bottles for the staff to collect them.
I was charged 100Bath at checkout for every single missing bottle, it made a total of 700.
Also, the pool seemed to have excessive chlorine, making the kids skin itch a bit.

Real resort experience for a fraction of price. Stayed here for a week. The room near the pool was big and bright, clean, without weird smells. Employees were super helpful and friendly. There is also a free shuttle to the Ao Nang centre, free water and daily free cleaning (when requested).
Distance to Ao Nang centre. But for me it wasn't a big problem as I rented motorbike with delivery and pickup.
