Staff were friendly and welcoming as well as accommodating. Even though we arrived a little earlier than planned and prior to the check-in time they accommodated our request.
When we had an issue they promptly set about resolving in friendly and efficient manner. Thanking us for bringing the issue to their attention.
Value for money - I think they are charging hotel rates for a motel room. Which is all I want - a basic room with toilet/bathroom and bed, and coffee making facilities.
Rates are on par with a basic hotel including all the bonus facilities. This isssue is not limited to just this property though.
