The location and facilities including kids activities and the staff were amazing and helpful

The beds were uncomfortable

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

The cabin was perfect for our needs, the location was great and everything was clean and tidy.

Only aircon in the lounge room. Need to keep the bedroom doors open when it’s hot which isn’t great privacy wise for an adults trip.

Location plus all the trees and the wildlife everywhere.

No pool

5 / 10·Oct 2026

The location was great. The lagoon water was epic and the kids had a great time.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked for two adults and two children however none of the single beds were made up. The sheets were just folded on the end of the bed and I had to do it on arrival that really irritated me. Especially when you have to make sure you leave the cabin pristine clean and all the dishes washed, etc ! Also the surrounding cabins that were not to do with the party I was with were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning
