Good value for money, the staff is very good. Close to the main areas as well. Would definitely recommend for travellers to stay. The air conditioning was amazing. The staff were always helpful (towels/ cleanings).
- Self Laundry service was advertised as an amenity, however the washing machine was broken, the dryer didn’t work very well either. There should have been an “out of order sign” to prevent being used. I had to find out the hard way (after my clothes had been completely drenched ) that the machines don’t work .
- The food was not very good, it looked like the staff must have bought it from one of the shops outside the hotel. I won’t recommend ordering food here.

This is our go to in Kuta as has everything we need without the chaos. Especially like the security. Thank you Kadek for always being extra special, really appreciate your loyalty to Pondok and so good to see your friendly face each time.
Shower water pressure could be better.

Our Room needed a refresh but overall a pleasant to stay for my family.
