Most of all were good
Should have soft ice cream instead of Egyptian products to make the foreigners more interested for it
The shows and the music should be more directed to Egyptian civilization and culture to make them more interested

The staff are helpful and wanted to support
The rooms were old, outdated, and in need of maintenance. Several power outlets were loose, protruding from the wall, and did not work, which raised both convenience and safety concerns.
It also appeared that the better-maintained rooms were being allocated to certain guests, while others were given older rooms. This created the impression of inconsistent treatment, which was disappointing.
