Loved this hotel, went twice !! It is so beautiful, the view is amazing, the pool is amazing. Sun beds in front of the sea. First time was in May : amazing moment, not too crowded, second time was in August : really crowded with construction on the beach just in front of the hotel so it was disappointing.

Lovely peaceful beach location, beautiful garden and all the staff were charming and attentive. Reading by the beach or pool very relaxing. Great breakfast and lovely evening cocktails at La Plage. The spa is well worth a visit with amazing foot massages.
The dining could perhaps be a bit better maybe some more dumplings etc for light lunch etc. That said we had some good food and breakfast was really good.

We have stayed many times at the Boutique Hoi An and love the location and proximity to Hoi An. The staff are amazing especially front desk you are always very welcoming and happy to help with any request. We are planning our trip for 2027 and we will definitely book again if we can get into the hotel.
Beach under renovation - hopefully will be worthwhile for the future and return the beach for everyone.

The hotel is in a great position on the beach with great views and sense of space. The outdoor pool, bar and lawn were great.
From what we saw, all rooms looked to have a good view and ours had a nice balcony.
Overall, the property is worn and needs some work on maintenance and a deep clean. There was a lot of attention paid to the lawn (which is lovely), but there were weeds and dead flowers everywhere else plus dirty external stairways.
Our room was very small by Vietnam standards, with an absolutely tiny bathroom. The bathroom doors were saloon door style so offered zero privacy which isn’t really acceptable.
The service was markedly not as good as everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam, and overall the hotel lacks a managerial presence.
The food was the worst part. A tired, lacklustre buffet breakfast. A bbq evening with dried out, overcooked meat pre-cooked and sitting under heat before we even arrived, and the chefs sitting around nearby- awful!
