There is nothing not to like. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back for an extended Stay.
The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is spotlessly clean.
Hundreds of balloons can be seen every morning from sunrise so there is no need to book a space on the nearby Outlook.
The stuff are very kind to the Cats that live there and they are well cared for.
We like everything.

EVERYTHING!! the location was perfect, the rooms were clean, spacious, cosy and comfortable. The viewing area for the balloons was great, the pool was heated which was perfect for our october stay.
The turkish breakfast was fresh, delicious and a great way to start every morning and the staff were very helpful too.
I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone!!

Great location, lovely warm pool (heated in October) and nice setup with the cave rooms. The breakfast was great
The property felt run down and not loved, the staff were just leaving chair cushions all over the place and rather than spending time keeping the outside neat and tidy the reception just smoked and drank tea

Gorgeous property with cute and cosy cave rooms. Coffee machine was a great addition. Breakfast was huge! The cats are gorgeous. Lovely to sunbathe on the upper deck even in October. Nice and quiet location away from main Goreme but close to walk to great restaurants and bars.
