The bed was really comfortable; the room was very clean and there was plenty of space. Nice to have a couch as well as table and chairs. The rooms didn't seem to be very soundproof but it was fine. The heat pump was a bit noisy but it worked really well to cool the room down, as the weather was quite warm. The surroundings are nice with lots of greenery and it's not far from the city.
