As advertised, good beds, great shower, spacious balcony, lovely and helpful staff.

The hotel is right in the old quarter - close to food, shopping and massages. The hotel helps book any tours or give you advice about what to see and do around Hanoi. Air conditioner is quite cold as well, which is rare.
It can be loud outside. Didn't bother us so much, but if you want a quiet stay, this is not the place for you.

Great location. Despite being on a busy street the room was quiet. Really spacious and clean room and hotel. Really friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised laundry to be done and were very welcoming daily.
My girlfriend and I feel that this hotel is somewhat let down by the difference between its photos and reviews and the actual experience.
Although the staff were excellent and the room was clean, we were a little disappointed overall. This is our third visit to Hanoi, and we have stayed in nicer properties for less money.
The corridors were dark and a little shabby, the walls were in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint, and the rooms themselves felt very bare. The bed was also extremely hard. While the street noise didn’t bother us personally, we imagine it could disturb the sleep of many other guests.
Overall, while we appreciated the excellent staff and cleanliness, we felt the hotel didn’t quite live up to our expectations, particularly given the price. Based on our previous experiences in Hanoi, we believe there are better options available for similar or lower rates.
