Everything from the buffet staff, ambience, restaurant staff, front desk everybody was accommodating, pleasant!! My stay was pleasant!!
What i didn't like was dat my room was very far from the elevator thereby making it tiring to walk from my room to the elevator!! My request is that people who from booking. Com portal must b given good rooms and not been given steply treatment!!

Location - Good
Food - Below Average
Room - i guess hotel must go on renovation, dirty walls, carpet patches, too much sound overnight i guess from PUB.
Charges: I booked two rooms for 4 PAX & hotel said i booked only for one person each room, they pushed me to pay per person extra charge & i end up paying 12 K, i guess this is crime. no cooperation from lobby check-in staff.
switches in room not working, TV remote battery was drain
