The employee at the cafeteria is respected
The location of the bathrooms is public, not for the room

Great location, clean, warm and cozy, met all of my needs. Abi and Charlie were the best hosts and even let me store my luggage for the day after checking out. I would definitely book again.

Good location, and grateful that it was available at such short notice. Good clean communal area and kitchen downstairs. The toilet/showers were shared but extremely clean, and there was someone to clean the bathroom as soon as I had come out.
Lack of obvious alternative means of fire escape. Such a property ought to have much better facilities for evacuation, especially when you are near the top.
