The location is incredible, and the overall view and facilities were fantastic—especially the pool and the beach. Special thanks to Ali from the outdoor kitchen and Mohammed from the dining room for their exceptional hospitality. Food was also good, above expectations
We booked multiple rooms for a large family trip, spending several thousand dollars in total, but our experience was deeply disappointing due to several major issues: 1. Bedbug Infestation: Our bed was infested with bedbugs. While we both experienced itching during our stay, it developed into a severe, full-blown rash by the time we checked out. Fortunately, the other rooms in our booking were unaffected, but this indicates a severe lack of quality control in our specific room. 2. Unequal Service Standards: We noticed a distinct bias in how staff interacted with guests. Bar staff consistently approached Arabic-speaking guests ahead of others, and during checkout, the front desk clerk literally interrupted our checkout process to assist another guest who spoke Arabic, prioritizing them over us. 3. Inflexible and Unaccommodating Management: Given that we spent thousands of dollars across multiple rooms, we simply asked for a late checkout for one room because our private transport was running late. Instead of accommodating high-spending multi-room guests, we were strictly charged for it. While it may technically be hotel policy, luxury or high-tier properties usually exercise goodwill when a room is available—this hotel clearly does not care about guest retention.

The location was amazing, just a five minute walk from the border crossing. The large park area and landscaping are nice and contribute to a feeling of space and privacy, even on the most crowded times in the resort. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are comfortable. The towels are large and soft - the best I ever saw in hotels, that feature really adds to the feeling of a relaxed holiday.
The food is plentiful and generous, however we found most of the protein dishes less to our taste. The kids club was a little disappointing. The facilitator is kind and attentive but the selection of activities is limited, and the outdoor playground was not allowed for use when we visited, and isn’t shaded so is fully In the sun during the quite limited activity hours of the club. The club is marked for ages 4-12, but in practice seems more suitable for ages 2-7.

The location and the staff were great
The food wasn’t the best, especially when you come to a world class hotel. and the location of the rooms was way far, had to take like 5 min walk to get to any facilities. Even the pool
