We celebrated our anniversary and the room was made up.

Very helpful and friendly staff who made us very welcome. Fantastic location with lovely view of the sea from the lounge area. Very good breakfast.
The bathroom is open plan (ie not a proper door between the bedroom and the toilet). This was not clear on the Booking.com information although it was then made clear by the hotel. May be an issue for some guests who like a bit more privacy.

We loved the pool area/ bar with a nice view over the bay. We liked being slightly back from the strip and therefore less road traffic. The breakfast was outstanding with an excellent hot and cold selection. A nice touch with Bloody Mary and bubbles to enjoy fresh salmon with! The staff made the difference, being met by Jaco, Brian and Ben on arrival, offered a complimentary drink whilst doing check in around the pool. The use of natural materials in the rooms really made them feel thought through. This is a hidden gem who we will tell all our overseas guests to come and stay rather than the traditional Bay Hotel and Marly.
We loved everything!

Great location for the proximity to promenade, restaurants and beach.
Lovely views from hotel lounge and terrace.
Very warm welcome and friendly service.
Our room was very stylish and was well supplied. Lots of complimentary goodies. Comfy robe and slippers.
Our bed was very comfortable, had to be careful however walking around as it was on a central platform with step off.
Could have used some more work surface. Stylish but somewhat impractical.
