Kalyves Beach Hotel All Inclusive

Great location and food. The price off-season was reasonable as well.

While the basics were absolutely fine, I was extremely surprised by the lack of support from the hotel’s departments in resolving a relatively simple theft case. My wife had washed her hoodie, and as neither the room nor the balcony had any direct sunlight throughout the day, she took it with her to the bar near the pool. After having her coffee, she accidentally left it there and we went on a day trip. When we came back, the hoodie was gone, and no one from the staff had left it at the reception/pool bar. Long story short, it was absolutely our mistake to forget it near the pool, and I’m not even suggesting that it was taken by a member of staff. However, for three days we were repeatedly told that they would check the security recordings to see what had happened. Obviously, this never happened. While this was just a sentimental hoodie from a previous trip, the whole experience left us with the impression that guests need to be extra careful with their belongings at this hotel, even in areas that are clearly covered by cameras. Apart from this disturbing experience, everything else at the hotel was fine.

Everything was great. Kudos to the entire staff—they always have a smile on their faces and are constantly ready to help. Very comfortable beds, good food, a fantastic atmosphere, and reliable Wi-Fi—even on the beach... everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. We hope to return to this hotel if time allows, and we will certainly recommend it to our friends. Thanks to everyone!

Very nice hotel, excellent food. Comfortable.

The parking was a public car park up the road. Plenty of spaces though.

Lovely location with main road with shopping/bus stop but also right on the river and the beach! Clean, comfortable, always got a sun lounger by pool or sea. Staff were fabulous especially our cleaner and reception. Food was always delicious.

Sea was too rough for swimming most of holiday, not sure if we were just unlucky but worth researching.
