Basic but adequate rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Seafront location, parking convenient.
Rooms and general decor a little tired. Had a long walk to our room up and down various flights of stairs - may be an issue for some.

Location
It is unfair to judge it really, , as it said in your website before I booked it was undergoing substantial works and upgrades . I suspect (hope) my room was still to be done . I did not eat or drink there as i was looked after elswhere.
