The concierge was especially helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The location was convenient to the harbor and shopping with a beautiful view from the rooftop.
We brought a car, which made things a little tough. Having to go to the Chania Hotel to wait for our car from Valet was not ideal, but they did their best. Also, it was tough to park in front of the hotel for Valet pickup. This was not the fault of the hotel. I would advise not bringing a car if possible.

This is the best hotel in Chania's old town. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with modern technology throughout, a very comfortable bed, and a room temperature that was always just right. It's also one of the very few hotels in the old town with a lift, so no stairs at all, which makes a real difference here. The location couldn't be better: step out of the door and you're straight into the shops and lanes of the old city, with the Venetian harbour a minute away. The staff are warm and genuinely helpful, and Dimitris at reception went out of his way for us every single time, always welcoming and always with a solution. If you're staying in Chania, do yourself a favour and book here.

Nice location. Beautiful room
The door to the hotel was closed at 1530 hours. No information on how to get in contact. A local lady in the street told us that we had to walk to another location to check in. 15 minutes walk - check in and 15 minutes back. Impossible with luggage. No pre information given.
