The waters surrounding the resort was beautiful. Pizza restaurant was amazing.
Many restaurants were closed and other facilities were also closed and only open on the weekend which was disappointing as a paying customer. Everything was an extra cost like the inflatable jumping maze which wasn’t really clear when booking. Just be mindful when booking with a young child that they may expect for you to sleep in the same bed which is a single bed. Confirm when booking.

Amazing location and amenities
Some hairs in room floor could have been cleaner and bathroom also didn’t like the aqua belle food wasn’t replenished enough

Our stay was exceptional in every aspect. While it is a vast resort and breakfast is a large-scale affair, it is remarkably well-organized, allowing for a quiet, relaxing morning with attentive, personalized service.
A special touch upon arrival: seeing our exclusive rental car, the staff immediately arranged a sheltered, secure parking spot for us without any extra charge. First-class hospitality.
Nothing — in one word: fantastic.

Kids had a lot of fun at the ocean park (you have to pay ~30usd per person per day, tough). Staff was very king in general.
It is very difficult to go outside the hotel, because location is a bit remote. Then you have to rely on the hotel 100%. It is very expensive in general. Drinks, food, etc. For breakfast, everyday we had to wait 1 hour (unacceptable). Rooms are not what you see in the pictures. Lower quality overall. In general I do not write reviews, but in this case I thought it would be helpful for other visitors.
