Everything. It was just superb. Beautiful clean modern and peaceful accommodation with all you could need. The view from the apartment was stunning.

If we are talking about downside, to get this beautiful view, your location is a bit far from center of Oia. When you want to eat something, you will need to walk around 10-15 mins which is manageable for us.

Incredible location - quiet at night but easy walk into Oia. Very close to car park for easy access. Wonderful communication. Hot tub was very hot on chilly nights. Perfect stay.

I was very disappointed by several things which made by birthday trip with my partner a disaster..  despite an expensive beautiful look dreamy Santorini cliff apartment with private jacuzzi. At this price things have to be perfect, but I really feel they don't care about the customer, and no hospitality. First of all, this property database is compromised and I was about to be scammed out the payment (on WhatsApp message, the scammer shows accurate Booking.com  booking details- name, phone number, confirmation number, amount to pay etc hacked in their database). So I reported to the admin of this property but management didn't take it seriously and haven't investigated, and 2 weeks after my stay, Booking.com sent me waning message about this property's database is hacked by scammer and they have all Booking.com reservation data including creditcard). So piease be very careful! Upon check in, I asked where I can buy fish/seafood since I wanted use kitchen. A staff just told me 'Go to small supermarket nearby and ask them'. Supermarket told me that no fishmonger nraeby but in other town. Then I searched online by myself. Jacuzzi had several fallen leaves floating and black volcanic sands accumulated at the bottom. We used jacuzzi only on the 2nd day but the same leaves were floating since check in.. I saw other hotels and apartments on the cliffs of Oia were mostly pristine clean jacuzzi/pool without any leaves and sands since they keep cleaning often. So maintainance/cleaning of this property is relatively poor. A staff passed by gave me an excuse that windy weather blow black sands in.. There was no dish wash sponge for entire stay even after house keeping, so I washed dish with kitchen paper and hands. When  I checked out asked the cleaner if it was missing, she just said Yes, no apology. The worst was I had to take cold shower on 2nd day evening. I was wondering if the boiler is small and need time to fill hot water.
