Close to the hospital and centre of Bristol.
The hot water and shower need improving. The water in the tank did not get hot when switch left off peak and the temperature control didn’t work.
The double bed was vey uncomfortable.

Retrieving the keys was a little lengthy and I would have liked warning of the
long dark corridors (altho they did light up once you entered but it looked daunting) and advice needed to make your way back to central lift after retrieving the keys. I got a little lost going directly up the stairs and it was a long way to find apartment.

Very convenient to the BRI and central Bristol. Parking space was a bonus.
Carpets in the main corridors could do with cleaning

Windows opened to Juliet balcony to get fresh air and friendly cleaning staff.
Showers not working properly in both bathrooms, one had incorrect large head, the other was broken. Bedroom window not working properly.
