Very nice and helpful staff on reception and at breakfast. Had a lovely breakfast before heading for the shops.

Location, view, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly.
Room very cold on arrival. Heating not on until 5pm, then on all night and off again 9 am leaving the room to go very cold again. No restaurant for dinner despite the reviews saying the hotel had a restaurant, therefore having to find somewhere to eat. Weather was particularly bad making it unpleasant going out in the evening at this time of year.
