location and pool especially in the early mornings it seemed cleaner after pumps and filters going all night. Security key cards are great and we felt very safe on site. Bathrrom is great, big, lots of light and fans are great in warm weather. Very peacefull and a good tropical feel.
Well, we paid a lot of money and the room we ordered was not available! But we got offered another. Initally looked great, but once settling in we discovered a lot of cleaning needed to be done properly! In between the module sofas was full of food scraps, dust under everything even table and chairs. Obviously they had not been moved in a while. The Balcony was good and we used it everyday and night, but had to clean and wash the whole balcony first. No joke a whole dust pan full of dust food scraps and leaves, Hot buckets of water then mop. Spray for insects. We could not get the balcony fan or light to work at all, no switch and none of the remote controls seemed to operate them? Recepion staff are just ok, only one out of the four we encountered was able to do anything if we had request or question! Overall the local shops are very expansive for what is there, and food shops in general all have limited hours?

Close to the beach and restaurants
Property very tired looking and mould around shower and spa jets. Bathroom bin was rusty and would be a simple solution to change it .
Online photos aren’t a true reflection .
We were also placed next to a “lock off” room and there were a family with 4 young children . It was very noisy and although I know that’s hard to control but maybe at least consider where families are placed ie - in a non lock off room.
